I am a psychotherapist, coach, and complementary therapist offering range of holistic and awareness-related services that support personal and organizational transformation. I have over 27 years of experience consulting and teaching individuals, couples and groups in Japan, the United States and Europe. Sessions and classes are offered both face-to-face and online.
My work is based on the education and training in psychology, anthroposophy and various complementary therapy modalities. I am certified as Clinical Psychologist through Japanese Certification Board of Clinical Psychologist and a registered homeopath with Alliance of Registered Homeopaths. I also hold Diploma in Process Work through Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon. I adhere to the codes of ethics of the above organizations.
I feel privileged to witness through my service the unfoldment of people’s unique gifts, as well as deep wisdom and intelligence beyond our conscious awareness that seem to be at work. My holistic approach has inspired those who seek to find creative solutions to identified problems, as well as those who wish to tap their own potential and wisdom to live more fully.
I’m a co-founder of Technosophics, Ltd., where, together with the team, I develop tools and technologies for dream interpretation and conscious living.
Currently residing in London, I also enjoy organising and hosting regular dream groups called Dream Cafe, which I have been successfully running here as well as online for the past eleven years.

坂元 仁美 （さかもと ひとみ）
臨床心理士。Ｐｈ．Ｄ．（心理学、死生学)。ホメオパス（MARH ：Alliance of Registered Homeopaths)。
１９９３年より精神科クリニック、公立電話相談、教育相談所等で心理カウンセラーとして勤務後、電器メーカーの健康管理センターにて心理職を担当。社員のメンタルヘルス教育、カウンセリング、および企業のメンタルヘルス・システムの構築に携わる。その間に出会ったプロセス指向心理学（プ ロセスワーク）と死生学をより深く学ぶために２００１年に渡米。オレゴン州ポートランドにあるプロセスワーク研究所およびユニオン大学大学院にて学ぶ。アメリカではクリニックで心理面接に携わるかたわら、ＨＩＶ／ＡＩＤＳとともに生きる方々のためのセンターで、個人面接、集団療法、ワークショップ企 画開催、コミュニティー活動等にも関る。
その後、ヨーロッパに移住。２０１０年よりロンドンにあるホメオパシー・カレッジSchool of Shamanic Homoeopathyにて、アントロポゾフィー医学、中医学、ハーバリズムを織り交ぜたホメオパシーを学び、２０１４年にホメオパスの資格を取得。現在は補完代替療法と心理療法の智慧を組み合わせた内容のセミナーやセッションを行っている。
現在ロンドン在住。『Dream Cafe』主宰。夢診断ソフト《SOL-minor》、夢診断アプリ『Dream-e』共同開発者。
